In this fast paced, modern world clarity of vision and the subsequent execution of that vision are where organizations fail. Why? In short, because information travels too damn fast, and course correction isn’t as easy as it used to.
My specialty? Helping visionary organizations manage the transitions inherent to world-changing. if you’re trying to change the world, you have to believe that organizations have to change too. And change = transitions.
My method of consulting? Clarity first (from all relevant parties). Strategic action to match the clarity, second. Action, third.

My work with corporations and organizations is focused on the notion that transitions are natural in any organizations. But they come with the need to craft a strategy to mitigate the angst that transitions can cause employees and structures. My consulting focuses on the notion that a unified front.

For culture shift or post-culture shift work, engagements start with a comprehensive interview of each and every employee.
For other projects, we determine needs in an initial phone call.
For companies larger than 20, I hire additional support including a past Senior Vice President at Taco Bell, a former top three agency consultant and Stern MBA graduate, systems and network specialists/engineers, and more. My work includes management of all team members, and I will make sure we have the right team for your needs.
